The 2 most common reasons why your user name or password have been rejected,
1 You account has expired? Please contact us, if you think this may be the case. 2 You have a Cookie/Internet File Conflict Some people have reported that after they were admitted to the site, they were then asked to re-enter their Username and Password to get back into the Chart Search page or the Portfolio page. This problem can be fixed in under a minute. If this happens to you, please delete your old Cookies and old Web Pages Files from your computer. (You should do this weekly as part of your on-going computer maintenance.) Every time you visit a web site, your computer keeps a copy of all the web pages you visit on your computer in case you need to view them again in the future. In the past, when modems were much slower, this was very important, as it helped to speed up your web surfing. Today, with much faster internet access, these old files can take up valuable space on your computer and slow down your computers overall performance. You should make it a point to delete these files once a week. To delete your old Cookies and old Web Page files. 1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. 2.
